[Bug] Terminal UI Freezes During AI Processing, Preventing Scroll and Causing Text Overlap

Question

**Bug Description**
common bug i have that happens every time is i cannot scroll up while the ai is working on
something/thinking/etc. and also sometimes the text overlaps because of my scrolling which is fixed by resizing the window
-> this forces the text to go to its place.

Actually visually i dont see it freezing. The freezing bug is separate, it happens sometimes when its working on something and i have to press any key on the keyboard to unfreeze it.
