[Bug] Terminal auto-scrolls to bottom while Claude Code is working, preventing manual scroll

Bug Description
When using Claude Code, I used to be able to scroll up in the terminal to review the plan while work was still in progress. Now, as Claude Code continues working, the terminal automatically jumps to the bottom, making it impossible to read earlier output without being pulled back down. Could you please fix this so the terminal stays in place when I've scrolled up?
