[Bug] Claude Code CLI freezes with no token streaming during processing

Bug Description
Hi Anthropic Support,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with Claude Code (CLI) where the tool completely freezes during use. Here are the details:

Issue:
When I run Claude Code from the terminal, it frequently hangs and becomes unresponsive. No tokens are returned, and the process stays frozen for approximately 10–15 minutes at a time before I have to force-quit it.

Observed behavior:

• I enter a prompt or command in the CLI
• Claude Code appears to be processing but produces no output
• The session stays stuck with no token streaming whatsoever
• This freeze lasts around 10–15 minutes
• Sometimes it never recovers and I have to manually kill the process
