[BUG] pushing code to prod without consent.

What's Wrong?

Multiple times it pushes code whereas I never asked for it. I requested to push code only when I say so but it still pushes to prod.
Not acceptable.

What Should Happen?

Never pushing code without explicit consent. Being reimbursed for the token used (I always revert everything and we need to redo everything)

1. Making change with claude code
2. Just saying it looks good and it pushes to prod. Or how do I test the new flow.
