[BUG] File added without consent to context

What's Wrong?

Hello,

I'm going crazy with this, each tab that I open there are random files included in my messages. When I click the eye icon they reappear when I open new tabs. All my context is poisoned, sometimes files attached are 10,000 lines !!!!!!!!!! I want a way to permanently remove these files.

There shouldn't be a file attached without my consent.
