[BUG] PR already closed, but CLAUDE is still comitting and pushing (without checking exsiting);

What's Wrong?

When Claude is acting as agent and doing some stuff on its own created branch, therefore you could possibly already merge the PR, but after that, you chat with claude and he just working on the already closed PR; therefore as user you wonder, why no changes after all, even claude is telling you, it did everything!

What Should Happen?

When you "chat" inside "Claude-Code" at a "chat-code-session" , if you ask something to do, (just one check, if that BRANCH, on which he already works, is maybe closed, if so, then ask user creating a new fresh branch
