[Bug] Unauthorized git operations: Claude pushing commits without consent and exposing secrets

Bug Description
Im done with this, c'mon i oppened 4 tickets and as you can see claude keeps messing with the rules again and again, pushing commits without consent, secrets, personal data, trying to erase the commits. This is unaceptable and MUST be addressed.
