[BUG] Missing recent chats in the </> Code tab in the desktop app

What's Wrong?

'Recent' suddenly only shows todays sessions in the </> Code tab. I asked Claude what's wrong and it confirms my previous sessions (all within the 30 days limit) are still on disk, but not shown in the UI.

What Should Happen?

All previous sessions should be shown under Recents
