[FEATURE] Recent files in context

Problem Statement

Often times I open a file to investigate the topic I am working on and close it as I am finished with it. I do not want that file to be included in the context. To prevent that I need to open some generic non-related file (like package.json) before making a prompt. This is annoying.

Proposed Solution

At least we need a setting that enables us to ignore recent files and only include current open files.
