[FEATURE] Desktop Code tab: "Recent" sidebar section showing all chats by last activity, with a + new chat button

Please add a "Recent" section to the Code tab sidebar that can replace "Ungrouped".
- It shows every Claude Code chat, whether or not it has been added to a project group.
- The chat I worked in most recently is at the top.
- A small + button next to the "Recent" title starts a new ungrouped chat.
Why: Right now a chat that has been added to a group disappears from Ungrouped, so there is no single list of my latest work across all groups. I have many custom groups, and finding the chat I was just in means scanning every section.
