[BUG] Scheduled section is sidebar not showing (windows app)

What's Wrong?

The "Scheduled" menu point in the windows app is not showing for me.

What Should Happen?

There should be a "Scheduled" menu point that lets me set up scheduled Tasks locally or in a github repo.
