[FEATURE] Do not auto name my chats and sessions

Problem Statement

I title my sessions and chats so i can find them as i am thinkng about what they pertain to.

Proposed Solution

I want claude to follow my instructions. When i write 'Title' I want the title to remain the same. I then force enter (shift + enter) to the next line to start my chat. I have added this to memroy, but it keeps acknowledgng, then changing anyway. It feels a little like West World. "why are you not doing what i programmed you to do?" 😉
