[FEATURE] Add a feature to name a claude code session

Problem Statement

Having a custom name for a claude code session will make it easy to resume to various session that show up with /resume

Proposed Solution

/name_session -> allow you to give a custom name to a session
when I type /resume it should show up in the list of sessions
