Preflight Checklist

  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Problem: My session limit jumps to 100% immediately after the automatic reset, even though I haven't used Claude in between. I'm on the Claude Pro plan.
Since when: This issue has been happening for several days.
What I've checked: I closed all Claude interfaces (web, desktop app, and Claude Code if applicable) completely, and checked the usage settings right after the reset — the session limit still shows 100%, without me having sent anything.

What Should Happen?

The session limit should start at 0% after the automatic reset and only increase when I actually use Claude.
