[BUG] 5h Limit on claude code cli at 100% and on claude code desktop on 3%

What's Wrong?

Is it a bug - or a feature - that on the same Mac and the same account the claude code cli and the claude desktop have different 5h usage states? If it is happeneing by intention, then this looks like motivating people to also use claude code desktop..the hard way, and not really a capacity problem? At least this should be documented and mentioned for the max customers.

What Should Happen?

Claude code cli and claude code desktop should share the same token budget

Just use claude code deskptop and claude code cli on the same machine, they will have sparated usage % (tested it on two macs)
