What's Wrong?
[BUG] Fable 5 100$ plan - whole session limit wipedout within 2mins, I didnt run with xhigh and less then 10k tokens used
What Should Happen?
I've used fable, that too with ultracode! never drained in 2mins whole session - it was at 0% when i started

Yep, have x20, >1% Fable quota was consumed when I typed "Please run ./pickup" (supposed to fetch work ledger from db) in a completely 100% clean session.

Same failure mode, just playing out on a slower clock for me. Once I broke my own week down: ~20% of a session gone to startup/resume overhead and another ~20% to handoff-doc generation, before any actual task work starts — 40% paid before I've asked for anything. If yours is happening in two minutes, that's the same tax being paid at a much more compressed timescale.
