[FEATURE] Allow user to move a specific CC Routine run into the "sessions" CCW list

Problem Statement

When a routine has many executions, and I want to continue working on one of those - it's tricky to go back to it.
I want the ability to take that one rouine execution and continue working on it as a regular web session.

Proposed Solution

A "continue as session" button on each session card would be great.
