[FEATURE] Move the Running Routine sessions back to the left panel

Problem Statement

the Routines sidebar section was removed and now requires 3 clicks instead of 1 to see any active/running sessions. It isn't convenient. Please make sure all the running sessions showing up on the left panel.

Proposed Solution

Only hide the inactive routine sessions, show the running ones, so I do not need to look around to make sure there is no permission for me to click.
