Hello,
The Dispatch menu is missing from the sidebar in Claude for macOS (version 1.24012.9), even though I have a Claude Pro subscription.
My account should have access to Dispatch, as the feature is available on my iPhone while logged into the same account.
I have not received a response from Anthropic Support. Additionally, several users on Reddit have reported the same issue, with the Dispatch menu item missing from the macOS app.
Could you please investigate this issue or let me know if there is a known problem or rollout affecting the macOS version?

Same for me here. We are paying for Claude Teams/Pro (dispatch is activated) and no sign of dispatch on the desktop, for connecting with the ios app.
no response from the support team since many days. Initially, I was interested to upgrade to the Max plan, now I will cancel my claude subscription - no support for a paid account is not acceptable.
claude app macos update from today did not solve this bug.
