[Bug] Agent list view drops completed sessions too quickly

Bug Description
Agent list view / FleetView does not show a useful number of completed agent sessions. They drop off the list too soon. This is not a spacing/ui/terminal size issue, it appears to be a completed-chat count limit, or age related limit.
