[Feature Request] Privacy and Security tab not visible in UI

Bug Description
Not doing security work - mentioned a UI bug, ie Privacy and security tab on the window isn't visible, got bumped down and then drag and drop files onto the UI triggered it again. It's a feature that's supposed to be added. Not security related
