[Bug] Claude Fable 5 model switching triggered by false positive safety classifier on legitimate security/privacy code

**Bug Description**
Claude Fable 5 keeps getting switched to Opus mid-session by a safety measure during normal, legitimate work: defensive security fixes 
   (hardening my own app's local debug server) and code for my own macOS productivity app that records my screen/mic for meeting transcription   with speaker attribution. These are safe, authorized, defensive engineering tasks on my own machine, but the classifier treats the capture/voice/security subject matter as a trigger. The false positi
