In-thread "breathing" cursor stays static while session is still active (Recents dot still blinking)

When a session is actively processing, the Recents list shows a blinking dot next to it, correctly indicating it's still alive. However, when that session's chat is open, the "breathing" Claude cursor within the thread sometimes stays static even though the session is still actively working (confirmed by the Recents dot still blinking). Expected: the in-thread cursor animation should reflect the same active state as the Recents dot. Actual: the cursor can appear frozen/idle while the underlying session is still running, making it look like Claude has stopped when it hasn't.
