[Feature Request] Add blinking cursor indicator to Claude prompt input

Question

**Bug Description**
I need the cursor of Claude prompt blinking. I never know if the prompt has focus or not so I end up typing prompts into the code instead.

The cursor of the tarminal I cluanch Claude from is already blinking.
