[BUG] Opus use billed as Fable usage

What's Wrong?

I am running on linux. I have never used Claude Fable 5 anywhere. I use Claude Max subscription with Claude Code and Opus most of the time.
But for one month now, I am observing my quota melting down with reported Fable 5 usage...

I have multiple Claude Code sessions, but none of them reports using Fable. Here is the standard output for every sessions:

It's consuming everything: standard quota, extra-usage... So basically, after a few days of using Opus, quota is exhausted and I cannot use the subscription anymore... Help please!!

What Should Happen?

It should not show Fable consumption. I have never set any session to use it, I have never used it in app, mobile, desktop, or whatever. It's burning the quota.

Use Claude Code on a linux machine
Set the model to Opus 4.7,
Observe usage in Settings: Fable quota is reported as used, when nothing uses it
