[BUG] Cost discrepency between /cost and really billed.

Bug Description

Cost reported by Claude Code very far from what was billed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. /costs
2. or exit

Expected Behavior

Accurate cost, no estimate based on tokens

Actual Behavior

Large discrepency between real cost and displayed cost

Additional Context

Would be more reliable to fetch the cost from an API of what has been actually billed.
