Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

There are existing issues, but this still seems to be a problem.

One user reported they need to request API access. https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/377#issuecomment-2971395718

I've requested but pending. If this is a requirement, where does it say this in the docs? If it's not supposed to work like this I assume it's a bug, otherwise I should not have to scour GitHub for a potential solution.

An earlier issue reported that they logged in with a different email then switched back and somehow it was possible to switch. https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/199#issuecomment-3150874482

This is not as helpful and should not be required, if it does work.

What Should Happen?

  1. /login
  2. Open link
  3. Show both 'personal' and 'org' account tied to one email
