[FEATURE] Display model being used

Problem Statement

Claude often seems to use a variety of models and it's not always clear which one it is using.

Proposed Solution

It would be nice to know which one it's using for each task, these things are recorded in jsonl files but coudl be displayed.

Somewhere in the terminal showing that haiku or something else is being used would be very helpful and also to remind user which /model preference they're using without having to stop claude doing what it's doing.
