[Bug] Claude Fable 5 returns usage credit error while Claude 4.8 Opus works normally in both claude.ai and claude code

Bug Description
The issue I am experiencing in claude code as well as claude.ai is first in claude code i satrted getting messages that i needed usage credit only in fable 5 then in claude.ai if i use fable 5 it doesn't do anything. I dropped down to opus 4.8 and everything works fine on both. I pay GOOD god damn money for this service and this safety theater is getting a little ridiculous. There is no transparency on anything. I currently have subscriptions to ALL major AI platforms activily analyzing optimal AI deployment pathways to advise a Florida government agency and as of late I have not been impressed with Anthropic. The complete lack of transparency, auditabiity, and accountability for the functioning and governance of this system under the Anthropic invented security guise is NOT acceptable. Here is a hint peeps it is Gen AI and we all KNOW no significant improvements have been made to the underlying models that run any of these systems from any vendor since about GPT-40 with all perceived gains by the unknowing public due more to the harness, tool use, and itterative loops. I do not capture jsonl logs to distill models or do any other prohibited actions as we all know capturing jsonl logs are useful for extracting workflow process for MY work and auditing functionality and can only be used for distallation if done at grand scale. Please stop trying to trick people into thinking you are hampering functionality for safety as eventually people will discover the ruse and the blowback from government, the general public, and investors will be severe.
