  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

The Dispatch mobile app shows "Can't reach my desktop. Check that your computer is online and the desktop app is open." The desktop app is running, the computer is online, and standard Cowork sessions work fine. The issue is isolated to the Dispatch connection specifically.
Steps to reproduce

Open the Claude mobile app and navigate to Dispatch
Observe the error: "Can't reach my desktop. Check that your computer is online and the desktop app is open."
Confirm desktop app is open and Cowork is functioning normally

Dispatch shows the desktop as unreachable. The desktop itself runs Cowork tasks normally with no connectivity issues.

What Should Happen?

Dispatch should connect to the desktop app and allow remote task assignment from mobile.

Additional Information

This appears related to issue #45937. The issue started on or around April 9-10, 2026. Cowork tasks continue to function normally, suggesting the problem is specific to the Dispatch pairing/connection channel rather than general connectivity.
