[Bug] Browser interaction tool has poor click accuracy and is overall too slow and inefficient

Bug Description
The UI test on browser is really slow and inefficient (using claude-in-chrome). The agent is often clumsy anf can't even click the right UI spot in a first attempt. Agents should be able to work with the UI on the browser at least as good as a slow human does.
