[BUG] Transcript in-accuracy

What's Wrong?

When Claude Code Crashes and then i resume the session again the transcript is cleaned of things that happened between my last message and when i rejoin. this in theory is a good UX behavior when functional but claude clearly can see old tool calls and events that were made during the the crash. by removing these turns from the transcript it misleads users and is innaccurate to the transcript from claude's perspective. this is a communication issue for users and claude to be able to interact properly when resuming a session after a crash. also your feedback button is completely broken

What Should Happen?

i should see the events that happened and saved pre crash and be able to pickup from there
