[Feature Request] /rename command should summarize overall session context, not just recent prompts

Question

**Bug Description**
the /rename is terrible. It only seems to consider the most recent prompt. usually the most important part of my sessions can be taken from the first prompt (and consider the first 2 sentences of the next 2-3 prompts and most recent 2-3 prompts to get breadth?) generally '/rename' gives a name related to some highly detailed bug fix or technical question in the last prompt, not the overarching "what was the first 80% of this interaction about"
