[BUG] Organization missing in switcher on platform.claude.com

What's Wrong?

I have a personal account and an account in my orgainzation, both using the same email.

Using the Claude app on Windows, I can switch between the two accounts using the switcher at the lower left corner of the window.

When I log into platform.claude.com, the organization account is missing from the switcher in the lower left corner of the web page.

What Should Happen?

All accounts identified by my email should be selectable in the switcher on platform.claude.com.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure your email identifies both a personal and an organization account.
2. Login to https://platform.claude.com
3. Access the switcher in the bottom left corner of the web page
