[Feature] Allow dismissing the "Virtualization not available" banner in Cowork

Environment: Windows 11 guest in Parallels Desktop on Apple Silicon Mac. Nested virtualization is not supported by Parallels on Apple Silicon, so hardware virtualization is unavailable by design.
Problem: Cowork permanently shows a "Virtualization not available" banner. There is no way to dismiss or disable it, even though the limitation is known and cannot be fixed on this platform.
Request: Provide a way to dismiss the banner permanently (e.g. an "x" button or a setting) for users who understand the sandbox features won't work and accept the limitation.
