[BUG] Virtualization is not available

What's Wrong?

Hi,
I get the following error when trying to use Co-Work (Desktop version):

"Virtualization is not available
Claude's workspace requires Hyper-V, but the virtualization service isn't responding. Restart your computer to resolve this."

I have gone through de-bugging with claude and even after following all steps it finally told me to raise as bug report.

I am on windows 10 Professional.

Requesting support, thanks.

What Should Happen?

Claude should allow me to use the Cowork feature.
