What's Wrong?

Bug: Cowork "Virtualization is not available" — CoworkVMService never installs
System Info:

OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: 16GB
Motherboard: MSI (AMD)
GPU: Radeon RX 5500 XT 8GB

What's enabled:

✅ Virtual Machine Platform
✅ Windows Hypervisor Platform
✅ Windows Subsystem for Linux
✅ AMD fTPM enabled in BIOS
✅ UEFI boot mode enabled
✅ Claude Desktop installed as Administrator

What's happening:
Cowork shows "Virtualization is not available — Claude's workspace requires Virtual Machine Platform, but the virtualization service isn't responding." CoworkVMService does not appear in services.msc at all — it never installs. Reinstalling Claude Desktop as Administrator does not fix it.
