[BUG] my 5hr reset window refreshed but it still says I have to wait till my next reset.

i can't prompt in claude-code without hitting the limit warning but i can prompt in the web client without issue.

What Should Happen?
when i hit my 5hr reset widow i should be able to use claude-code but it says i need to wait for the next reset in the prompt.

I'm not quite sure this is reproducable for someone else but essentially i just waited for my claude code 5hr reset to refresh.
