What's Wrong?

Recently (for about a month, so maybe from 2.0.6? version), I'm getting often "Stop and wait for limit to reset" dialog after running /compact, despite still having usage left.
I confirm the usage is left after I dismiss that dialog, by choosing "Stop and wait for limit to reset".

What Should Happen?

/compact should not trigger incorrectly the dialog about usage limit reached.
