Problem Statement

When Claude Code reaches a usage limit, I will often wait for the limit to reset myself before choosing “Stop and wait for limit to reset”, then asking Claude to continue from where it left off in my next prompt.

Proposed Solution

I’d like it if “Stop and wait for limit to reset” would, once selected, check first whether usage is now below limit before exiting to the new prompt composer.

Alternatively, the options presented after reaching a limit should include a “check limits again” option or similar, to cover all cases where the limits have changed outside of the current session (e.g. I upgraded my account in another session or browser, the limit has since reset, etc)
