Similar to Aider, watch files for # AI tags or such. When you see them, treat it like an instruction and iterate on it.

I want this feature too!
So I actually think we're already here now. With the latest Claude Code IDE integrations:

You can highlight sections of code and send it to claude. The integration is honestly better than Aider
The IDE integrations are amazing! But the case is slightly different. Aider's implementation works with any editor, since it just triggers from comments in code. It does not require an editor plugin.
