Feature: implement aider --watch-files

Aider has a really useful feature, watch: https://aider.chat/docs/usage/watch.html

I'd be awesome if we could have claude run in watch mode (automatically?) so if we type something like

// implement query to select all users !ai

It'd start running claude automatically without having to switch to that window and type things out and reference files.
