What's Wrong?

Trying to setup latest Claude v2.0.5 within terminal of VSCode latest. Latest claude extension v2.0.54 and Claude VSCode extension v2.0.53:

When I issue to command /ide I get error: "No available IDEs detected. Make sure your IDE has the Claude Code extension or plugin installed and is running"

See attached screenshot which proves it is running inside VSCode with the extension installed.

What Should Happen?

Claude should locate VSCode as it is running inside a VSCode terminal
