[FEATURE] Add Ctrl+D in the /resume list to Remove The session

Problem Statement

I have polluted list of /resume with sessions which I don't use anymore

Proposed Solution

Ctrl + D to remove session from the /resume list, just like Pi Coding Agent Does.
