Bug Description
Impossible to remove mcp server. Running claude mcp get <name> works as expected, but claude mcp remove <name> does not find it (No local mcp server found with name: <name>)

That looks like a global server, so you'd need to add a scope:
That is correct; that works. It should probably be communicated clearly for noobs like me not to get stuck 😄
I have a local server that I can see with
claude mcp listbut cannot be deleted, saying no local server configured with the very name shown in the list.look at @ashwin-ant 's response. That worked for me -- select correct scope (local, user, project) then it works
