Inability to Remove MCP Server with Existing Configuration

Question

**Bug Description**
(stobias) ➜  hw-daemon git:(stobias/encoder-positions-optional) ✗ claude mcp list
confluence: uvx mcp-atlassian --confluence-username=steven@company foo.....
(stobias) ➜  hw-daemon git:(stobias/encoder-positions-optional) ✗ claude mcp remove confluence
No local MCP server found with name: confluence

I cant hit enter in here (ghosttty) - but it shows that I can see this mcp server but am unable to remove. I installed globally
