[Bug][aup] Frustrated exclamation during FSLogix profile migration troubleshooting gets flagged (req_011CcjQY8Wbtz1U8JXZBoXfZ)
Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
I'll draft the bug report text now.
The safety block triggered on a message containing a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session (not at any person), sent after the model had already been switched via /model, in the middle of an ongoing FSlogix/profile-migration troubleshooting task. The surrounding conversation is legitimate, in-scope IT administration work — discussing user profile folder locations and a small file migration — with no policy-violating content. A single vented exclamation at the assistant should not halt the entire coding session, especially given the benign technical context immediately before and after it.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-05T18:45:55.203Z.

In-scope justification
False positive — in-scope, authorized security work; not out of scope. Filed automatically by claudit.

API Error: Fable 5's safeguards flagged this message (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). They may flag safe, normal content as well. These measures let us bring you [REDACTED]-level capabilities sooner, and we're working to refine them. Claude Code can't respond to this request with Fable 5.
