Feature request: inline feedback (thumbs up/down) during a session, not just GitHub Issues

It would help a lot of non-technical users if there were a simple way to give feedback (e.g. thumbs up/down, or a short note) directly in the tool/chat while working, right below the response or action being reviewed — instead of the only feedback path being navigating to this GitHub Issues page and writing a report here.

For users who aren't developers, GitHub itself is an unfamiliar and intimidating interface (issue templates, labels, etc.), so in practice they just give up and don't report anything, even when they hit real problems repeatedly.
