[FEATURE] Add a quick feedback button (thumbs up/down) to rate responses

Problem Statement

It would be great to have a quick thumbs up / thumbs down button right in the chat, similar to GitHub Copilot. One click to rate a response — no need to open a separate issue for every good or bad answer.

Proposed Solution

Add a thumbs up / thumbs down button next to each response, visible on hover. One click — no confirmation needed. Similar to the feedback UI in GitHub Copilot Chat.
