Add a quick thumbs up/down reaction to responses so users can give feedback without triggering a new AI reply.

Problem Statement

Often Claude is able to help resolve the issue, but then if I respond with "It worked", it uses my tokens to respond. If I can simple give a "Thumbs Up", it will be a feedback to Claude and I'm not expecting any response. It also make me feel good about being "Thankful" :)

Proposed Solution

Similar to How is Claude doing "1 , 2, 3". Have an option "1. Problem resolved 2. Need more help".
